Return policy

Return Policy:

• If the product is categorized as ready-made for the customer, the customer has the right to request a return by contacting the responsible employee.
• If the product doesn't have any manufacturing defects, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
• In the case of custom-made products, returns will not be accepted if the product is free from any documented manufacturing defects discovered within the first day of receipt.
